How it works



• We provide a specialist service to both corporate clients and private individuals with our Rent Guarantee Initiative. 

• Sandersons London becomes your tenant for a minimum of 2 years with an option to renew. Therefore, it is a company let and there are no agency fees. 

• We guarantee prompt rental payments from the start date throughout the duration of the tenancy. This is guaranteed whether the property is occupied or not ensuring great rental yields. 

• We professionally manage your property for no extra cost providing cleaning services every two weeks and monthly property inspections. Day to day repairs are covered (boilers and appliances are excluded). 

• We pay for all of the utility bills and council tax. 

• Hassle free as we deal directly with our tenants who have access to telephone and email support. We only do long lets and rigorous reference checks with all of our ten-ants. If you would like to be more involved you’re welcome to also inspect the property within a 48 hour notice period. 

• We offer a fully insured rental underwritten by Maltings Insurance. This covers any dam-age, reasonable cleaning costs, store/disposal of rubbish, non-payment of rent etc.

• We will return the property after the rental term in the same condition we received it upon check-in.
